Husky women’s basketball begins 2024-25 season with 95-53 blowout of crosstown rival Seattle University 

The University of Washington women’s basketball team began their 2024-25 campaign, their first in the Big Ten and fourth season under head coach Tina Langley, with a 95-53 bludgeoning of Seattle University in a battle of neighborhood schools. The Huskies used a big first half and double digit efforts by five players to run away with this game with ease, providing hope that the team can reach the NCAA tournament for the first time since 2017.
