Padres’ Prospects Outslug Mariners’ Prospects, 13-10 in Inaugural Spring Breakout Game
In the first ever Spring Breakout game for both our Seattle Mariners and the San Diego Padres, it was the Padres' prospects who were able to outslug the Mariners in an offensive display between the two teams. With the young futures of each team showing out after this game was postponed from last week, both offenses put on a hitting clinic.
Aquasox take series over Emeralds, looking to start second half strong
The Everett Aquasox continue on through the second half of the High-A season, taking a series against the Eugene Emeralds behind several quality performances, including that from outfielder Alberto Rodriguez.

In the second to last game of Spring Training, the Seattle Mariners (labeled as the visiting team) came to a tie with the San Diego Padres at the Peoria Sports Complex. Both teams matched offense for offense in the game, as Logan Gilbert threw in his final outing of Spring Training 2023.
