An injured and reeling Seattle Kraken suffered their fourth straight loss, ultimately failing to take advantage of the opportunities that a Toronto Maple Leafs team playing in the second game of a back-to-back gave them. Jordan Eberle scored the lone goal, Joey Daccord was strong in net, but Seattle's play wasn't sharp enough to edge one of the NHL's best teams.
Maple Leafs trounce flailing Kraken, 5-1 as Seattle continues to fall in standings
Ending their home schedule in the month of February, the Seattle Kraken were thoroughly dominated by the Toronto Maple Leafs in a 5-1 dismantling. The Kraken scored the first goal of the night early, but that only seemed to awaken the visiting Maple Leafs.
