Thunderbirds pull away late, thanks in part to Jared Davidson hat trick, to beat Americans
The Seattle Thunderbirds pulled away late to defeat divisional rival Tri-City Americans, 6-3, as the regular season continues to draw to a close. Forward Jared Davidson tallied a hat trick in the win, moving him within one goal of 100 goals as a Thunderbird.

In a divisional battle at the end of a three games in three days stretch, the Seattle Thunderbirds defeated the Tri-City Americans 4-2 as Jared Davidson scored the insurance goal with 31 seconds left. Thunderbirds defenseman Jeremy Hanzel scored the game winner, just under five minutes into the period.
