On the day that the city of Seattle officially declared as “Kraken day,” the cities NHL franchise was able to snap it’s seven game losing streak with a tight victory against the Nashville Predators. While the Kraken had their characteristic defensive issues remain present, Seattle was able to overcome them to secure a victory in their first game of the month of March.

Following a nice string of wins in the month of January, the Seattle Kraken ran into a pair of claws when they fell to the Nashville Predators. The Kraken couldn’t put it altogether, falling to Nashville and ending the month of January with a loss.
