Last rodeo: Kraken fail to generate enough offense in game seven loss to Stars
In game seven of their second round Stanley Cup Playoffs matchup against the Dallas Stars, the Seattle Kraken failed to generate enough offense and couldn’t beat Stars goaltender Jake Oettinger until too late, wasting an all-time performance by Philipp Grubauer in net. Seattle’s second season ends in heartbreaking fashion, just minutes away from a Western Conference Finals berth.
Stayin Alive: Kraken bring the fight to Stars, force game seven
In a do or die game six back in their home of Climate Pledge Arena, the Seattle Kraken got out to a hot start and were able to sustain that pressure to secure a victory and force a game seven in their second round Stanley Cup Playoffs matchup. Some of the teams veterans ensured that the Kraken season would continue, in addition to a few faces you may not expect.
Stars give Kraken a taste of their own medicine with blast of offense to tie series
The Seattle Kraken suffered a game four loss to the Dallas Stars, as the visiting team brough the fight to Seattle and tallied a four goal second period. Seattle’s Jaden Schwartz tallied two goal and did his best to try and push his team back into the game, but Dallas was able to extend their lead with an empty net goal and send the series back to Texas tied.

The Seattle Kraken took game one of their Stanley Cup Playoff second round matchup against the Dallas Stars, fueled by a four-goal first period and an overtime game winner by forward Yanni Gourde. Seattle again collapsed when holding a two-goal lead, but they were able to remain focused and composed to get the winner in overtime.
