Our Seattle Seahawks have failed to snap out of the bad habits and poor performances they’ve put up in recent weeks following their 3-0 start to the season, as a penalty and mistake filled game resulted in an overtime loss to the Los Angeles Rams at Lumen Field. Despite sloppy plays, bad penalties, poor offensive line play, and many more issues, Seattle was able to force overtime but couldn’t get out of their way long enough to get the win.

There will be sunshine after the rain: Sounders tally first victory of 2024 with 5-0 result over CF Montreal 

In their sixth match of the season, the Seattle Sounders FC finally tallied their first victory of the year as they used a 5-0 smashing of CF Montreal to get those two points. A brace from forward Raul Ruidiaz and individual goals from Jordan Morris, Alex Roldan, and Dylan Teves pushed the club to a big lead and Stefan Frei was steady in goal to help Seattle secure the clean sheet.
