Mariners sign catcher Cal Raleigh to six-year contract extension ahead of Opening Day
Our Seattle Mariners have earned another "win" over the last few weeks ahead of Opening Day, as reports say that the franchise have signed cornerstone catcher Cal Raleigh to a six-year extension to keep him in the Pacific Northwest.

Kraken call up prospect Jani Nyman
Just as general manager Ron Francis said they would, the Seattle Kraken have begun to give some of their prospects a look over the final 17 games of the 2024-25 NHL season, as the franchise called up forward Jani Nyman today. Nyman has lit up the AHL, being named as an All-Star in his rookie season in North America and he’ll now get the chance to showcase his talent in the best league in the world.
